♡ Can I Return My Accessories?

Of course! We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, your accessories should be:

• Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

• Free from damage, stains, or signs of use.

• Returned with original tags, if applicable.

• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

A little heads-up: Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for standard returns.

Returning an item doesn't have to be complicated!

Step 1: Say hello!

Send an email to support@naclansa.store with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and a brief reason for the return.

Step 2: We'll review your request.

Our team will check your return eligibility and send you instructions for the next steps.

Step 3: Pack up your goodies.

Once your return is approved, carefully package your item and follow the provided return shipping instructions.

Step 4: We'll take it from there!

When your return arrives, we'll inspect your item and process an eligible refund.

Please contact us before sending any items back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

♡ Free Return Shipping? Yes, Please!

We believe shopping small should come with a little extra love!

That's why we offer FREE return shipping on approved, eligible U.S. returns.

We'll provide return shipping instructions once your request has been approved.

A 2% restocking fee applies to standard returns, but you won't have to pay for eligible return shipping.

♡ When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once your returned item arrives and passes inspection, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method.

For standard returns, a small 2% restocking fee will be deducted from the eligible merchandise refund amount.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable.

Your bank or payment provider determines how quickly the refund appears in your account after it has been issued.

We'll notify you when your refund has been processed.

♡ Oops! Something Wrong With Your Order?

Received the wrong accessory? Did something arrive damaged or defective?

Oh no! We definitely want to make that right.

Please email support@naclansa.store as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available.

We'll review your concern and help determine the appropriate next steps.

Good news: You won't be charged return shipping or a restocking fee for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

♡ Want Something Different Instead?

Changed your mind about a color or style?

We don't currently offer direct exchanges, but you're welcome to request a return for an eligible item and place a new order for the accessory you'd prefer.

That way, you can choose your next favorite from what's currently available!

To help keep our accessories beautiful and our return process fair:

• Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned through our standard return process.

• Used, worn, washed, or altered accessories are not eligible for standard returns.

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Please wait for return approval and shipping instructions before mailing anything back.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

These standard return exclusions do not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
